Rose is a special girl. Two years ago she had a C section due to uterine torsion. Rose made it through the surgery with flying colors, unfortunately the female cria did not. We contacted a specialist in the field of camelid reproduction, to get their opinion on breeding Rose again at some time. They felt as though there was no reason not to try again. Rose had two other cria previously with no problems. This year Rose gave us an adorable tuxedo pattern boy named Sammy. Rose is a blue eyed white but she is genetically a gray. When we bred her we chose solid color studs. She produced one Dark silver gray, one light brown and two black crias. Rose is a sweetheart and easy to work with.
